Friendship Circle Winter Camp Payment Information
Payment Options
Friendship Circle Winter Camp can be paid for through your DDD budget (under Goods and Services).
This option applies to participants over age 21. If you will be using DDD, please note there is a $100 registration fee.
Program Costs
Our Winter Camp is partially subsidized—camp fees cover only part of the true cost. Friendship Circle proudly makes these experiences accessible to all participants.
If you’re able and would like to contribute the full cost, your generosity helps us continue offering these meaningful opportunities.

Absent Policy
Whether paying out of pocket or through DDD, families will still be charged if a participant does not attend camp. Refunds will only be issued if notice is given at least two weeks in advance or if the spot can be filled from our waitlist.
